With more than 35 years in the construction industry, RJT Homes has a storied history of developing award-winning communities for buyers at every point in their life, from first homes and modest second-home getaways to extravagant luxury residences. RJT traces its roots to heavy construction including bridges, dams and roadways.
Residential construction began in San Diego County in 1992 and grew to include several exceptional communities in the City of La Quinta. La Quinta Fairways, Citrus Valencia, Palmilla and Codorniz have become home to more than 750 happy customers. Note, we are currently only selling Codorniz, our additional developments are sold out.
